What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I find the secret to taking great photographs is a relaxed client, natural light and a good understanding of the type of mood they want to create in their photos.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Have you seen similar photos you can show me to give me an idea of what you are looking for. I find this helps us start on the same page.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting great families and giving them beautiful photos to treasure forever.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter Beau. I decided to learn how to take great pictures so I could always photograph her as she grows. This led to buying a small home studio and grew from there. Before I knew it I was doing small family shoots for friends and family and then friends of friends. Now it's grown into a business I love.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am always looking to expand the categories of photography I shoot and have recently moved into party, events and wedding.
