I'd never done any kind of exercise like this before and I've now been a member of Peak XV Fitness for the last two years. By attending 2 or 3 boot camps per week I have improved my overall health, fitness and have also improved my hobby of skiing. I've also lost a stone and a half. My overall fitness and energy levels increased substantially during my time at boot camp. I was able to climb Scaffell Pike and do a 25 mile hike in the Peak District without experiencing too much difficulty on the hills and my muscles recovered from the climbs quite quickly. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use proven fitness and nutrition principles to ensure my clients get the results that they are after. With many years of experience I can effectively apply the right workout to each client and encourage them to make sound food choices that will augment their fitness programme.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistently taking steps each day to achieve your goals. Getting your workouts in every week, making good nutritional choices and getting plenty of sleep are probably the three best ways of transforming your body.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their goals. I love to see people improve in whatever way they can. It may be that they get fitter or lose weight, or it could be they have the confidence to try something new that improves their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm an entrepreneur at heart and the fitnes industry has afforded me the luxury of being in charge of my own schedule while enabling me to spend more time with my family.

With over 25 years experience as a PT there is very little I haven't dealt with. I know what works and what doesn't, and that experience is invaluable when people want to get in shape and improve their lives.
