Sandra and her team understood exactly what we wanted and we had excellent communications with them throughout. On the day they came in and sorted out all our catering and waiting needs so we could relax and enjoy our party. The food and the service was fabulous. We would certainly recommend Peace of Mind. From initial contact POM were very conscientious, helpful and flexible. I was quite particular with our menu requirements, and this didn't phase them, in fact the opposite. We hosted a dinner party for 14 people with a 3 course sit down menu, it was wonderful to be able to spend time with guests instead of being stuck in the kitchen!
