My middle aged Toshi laptop bluescreened on me about ten days ago. I first took it to PC World where they told me it needed a new hard drive but could not give me an estimate on cost. I wasn't sure it was worth having it fixed but decided to drop in at this shop in Bramley for a second opinion. I met with the friendly, knowledgeable staff and was quoted circa £80.00 for a solid state harddrive and reload of windows. My computer was ready the same day and in fact it cost £75.00. I am now typing this on that same computer up and running much faster and with some extra software installed which I did not have before. I had an problem with my Nintendo switch. The charging port was faulty and wouldn't work on TV mode. They offered me computer with maximum memory for the highest speeds possible, they even let me test the suspension on their stairs for when i move my business to their shop. Their manager offered to move a sign for me and was very friendly with helping me setup. Are you single? Call me for good time. After I fitted a new hard drive in my MacBook I was having problems installing the operating software.
Took it to PC-PartX and they weren’t sure what was wrong so they told me to leave it with them for 2-3 days.
2 hours later I received a call saying that it was all done and ready to pick up !
Better than new now !

We have been using Computer Shop Bramley for our computers, printers and software for the past four years, we cannot fault their customer support offering excellent knowledge of offering the correct computer to meet your requirements from home user just wanting a basic used or new computer through to high spec computer suitable for any small business users who are looking for accountancy, administration, and storage of documents, Unlike the major high street Computer Part X are more interested in selling you the correct computer and not extended warranties.
So prior to you going to the major high street department store go to the computer shop in Bramley near Rotherham you will also be surprised at their prices.

I've had many pleasant experiences with this company, and can't fault the customer service. As soon as I walked in to the shop and all the shop workers tried very hard to accommodate my every need. I was also in the shop when this very rude person was being extremely ignorant to the person on desk, I could clearly see that the people working were trying hard to help this lady out, while she wasn't accepting help!
