What inspired you to start your own business?
Paytec Online Payroll Services was set to specialise and offer a dedicated payroll service running along side our already well established accountancy and taxation business - The John Doyle Partnership.

We have many years of experience and take pride in our work, providing a high quality payroll bureau service and giving our clients the confidence and knowledge that they are in safe hands.
We are primarily accountants at heart and keep up to date with the latest Payroll and Workplace Pensions legislation.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 with the Information Commissioners Office.
We issue all clients our standard terms of engagement so you are in no doubt about our services and the fees you have signed up for. We will complete a risk assessment of all new clients under the Anti Money Laundering Act 2014.
We can set ourselves up as your agent with HMRC which allows us to submit and receive payroll data online and deal directly with HMRC on your behalf.

The data is shared between payroll and the pension module which means that we can offer very competitive rates.
Authorised Agent for the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme
When you appoint us as your payroll provider we will also act as your authorised agent with HMRC and will be able to make your claim for the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.
P11D - Expenses & Benefits
We offer a complete P11D service for your directors and employees.
P11D's are used to report benefits provided and expense payments made to employees by employers that are not put through the payroll.
CIS Monthly Returns
We offer a complete solution for CIS monthly returns including submitting the monthly return to HMRC, verifying sub-contractors, issuing payslips and can even claim your refund.
