Gen has been keeping an eye on my fat lump of a cat for a while now and he absolutely loves her!
I had a bad experience with my previous cat sitter so was worried about leaving him with a new person; however, Gen was amazing with him and immediately put my mind at rest.
She made sure she knew his routine and behaviour before she started going to feed him so his life wouldn't be disrupted too much (he's a sensitive thing!) and always posts pictures of him so I can see he's ok.
I can now go away and feel happy that my lardy moggy is being looked after by someone who loves him almost as much as me! More...

My little doglet has been with Gen and her Pawsome team for roughly a year now. We had had some bad experiences with previous walkers, so when I first met Gen, I was pretty neurotic (still am); but her kind and professional manner quickly put me at ease. During our initial meeting, she asked lots of questions about my fur baby's likes, dislikes, behavioural history; inlcuding if she had any allergies, to decipher which dog crew would be best suited to her.

For the first few weeks, Gen, a dog behavioural specialist, walked the group that my dog was in - just to ensure that she was happy, and that she and her new chums were suited to each other (there is always only ever 4-5 dogs out per walk). Since then we have not looked back. My pooch absolutely loves her walks, and refreshingly, cannot wait to get out of the door when one of the Pawsome pals comes to collect her. When she returns, she you can clearly see how happy and contentshe is; so much so, we still get her walked a few days when we are off, as we know how much she loves it! Due to the professional and expert consideration when placing dogs together, my little one has also become much happier and more confident around unfamiliar dogs. Her recall is spot on now too!

I cannot recommend Pawsome Pals enough. Not only is it a professional service, it is glaringly obvious how much the team love what they do, and the dogs that they walk. They even put daily pictures of the walks onto Instagram - so you can see what fun they are all having (pawsomepals).
