Not enough good words for how fantastic Lynn and Gaynor are!! They have done so much for Rudy and it is obvious he absolutely adores his walks with them and the other dogs, as well as sleepovers every now and again! Karen and Craig are absolutely fantastic not only are they lovely, warming people they are also amazing at their job! I’ve just recently discovered them after being scarred by a previous bad dog groom experience elsewhere. Karen listened to exactly how I wanted my dog to look and did exactly that! We left Yogi with Paws and Claws as he doesn't do very well in a kennel environment . He did VERY well in the homely environment offered by Craig and Karen . Time to get Makani in for grooming... and realized I neglected to post after last time. I had just moved here from Hawaii, and the last time I had him groomed before I left the island. . they had cut "the butterfly" part off his ears.. needless to say, I was apprehensive, and most of the places the vet was recommending were full. Lord came in today for a wash, groom and nail trim. Was a bit worried about leaving our lovely rescue pooch as we'd never done it before, but he felt totally happy with Karen and Craig and now looks and smells gorgeous again! Dexter has been with Lynn since we first brought him home at 8 weeks old. She has been a god send, especially during puppy visits in the early stages, teaching him recall and being a friendly pair of ears when we have had any worries or random questions! Charlie visits Paws and Claws for home boarding, doggy day care and a haircut ( which is always excellent.). We live just down the road and every time I try to pass the gate Charlie tries to drag me up the drive. He adores Craig and, whenever he sees the Paws and Claws van in the Conyngham Hall car park he tries to scramble aboard. I take it that's his way of leaving a five star review! More...

Paws & Claws will now be my dogs new groomer. My dog is difficult to groom due to separation anxiety and not liking her feet to be touched. They treated Sophie with kindness and patience and were able to even cut her nails. When we got home she didn't hide for the rest of the day like she did with the pet store groomer. I wish I could give you guys 10 stars!! We are SO lucky to have found you! Prince absolutely adores both Kaarin and Lynn and he gets so excited for his walks!
