I am a counsellor/ therapist based in Hastings. I work with both adults and young people from the age of 15. I have experience of working through difficulties such as addiction, adoption, child sexual abuse, sexuality and gender issues, anxiety and depression, general feelings of being 'stuck' and many other life difficulties. . I work in a relational way with clients, which means that I connect with them on a person to person level. My aim is to understand you and embrace what it's like to have lived as you have. This leads to a genuine relationship and to awareness, growth and change, if change is needed. My therapy room is five minutes walk from Hastings train station, and there is parking just a couple of minutes walk too.
