‘Goal-Orientated’ Training
All of my training sessions are ‘goal-orientated’ as I am a firm believer that this is the only true way to achieve the results you want. The ethos of goal orientated training is based around setting and achieving realistic goals in order to spark and maintain motivation throughout your training sessions.

Paul provides a very diverse program of personal training to suit your needs. This helped me feel more motivated and the variety of exercises suited my requirements.
Paul's approach is very proactive and easy to work with.
I will be looking at a further block of one hour sessions very soon.

Paul works with you as an individual, working hard to understand your goals and personal circumstances. He is thorough in building an approach that is right for you, and then helps you make make progress at the right pace and whilst having some fun!

Paul is a fantastic trainer, he is very intuitive and is well aware of how to get the best from you every session. My personal fitness level has really come on in leaps and bounds since working with him. I look forward to every session (but don't tell him that) and even when I am not booked in for a personal session, he has given me the tools/ motivation to carry on in the gym on my own. More...

I've been working with Paul for almost a year now, and I love the sessions. I'm not the most self-motivating person but Paul knows what to say and do to get me through anything I'm unsure about. The sessions are always varied, and I always leave feeling like I've made progress. Thanks Paul! More...

Paul is a committed and knowledgeable coach. He is keen to set training requirements around your personal goals so that you are motivated to put in the hard work. He helps you measure progress towards goals and can provide guidance on diet and nutrition as well as myriad exercises. Paul is very friendly and has provided help on purchasing decisions for equipment, bespoke training plans (to perform in my own time) and even brought along his own equipment much of the time. He's flexible on times and dates, and can train anywhere from the local park, to your front room! More...

No two clients are the same and so I believe that no two training sessions should be the same either. When designing your exercise programme I will consider your likes and dislikes, fitness levels, ability and personal goals.
