What’s your signature dish?
Our customers love our biryani! Whether it's chicken, lamb, seafood or vegetables it all tastes incredible.
Our authentic South Indian style makes it very unique. We also love to make kupsa which is the Arabic version and equally as delicious!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen, ask the right questions and recommend a few options that we feel the client will be happy with.
What do you love most about your job?
Food is the reason we live so what's not to like? Our chef's are passionate about cooking and creating mouthwatering dishes. Our head chef JP has been a high profile personal chef for the Royals, for the last 30 years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hearing people say 'wow' or 'this is incredible' is a much greater feel and sensation than receiving a cheque from work at the end of the month. We consider it a blessing being able to serve food for our customers and that's why we started this awesome business.
