I strongly recommend Fiona. She's really supportive And does things at your pace and will adapt accordingly. She gives you the time of day and all the support that you need with more things than just fitness. I use Pascall fitness for both massage and pilates, to help with the aches and pains of a physical job. Fiona is very knowledgable and friendly, I always come away from a session feeling great- I couldn't manage without her!

By helping them to enjoy their exercise and therefore want to do it. And by helping them to change their daily habits, gradually becoming more active, happier and healthier. Each person is different and will benefit from a different type of training but what they have in common is that reaching their fitness goals is the easy part. My training technique focusses on achieving goals AND maintaining them.

Patience, perseverance and staying positive. One of the most difficult challenges people face when trying to improve their body is getting back on track after a binge, or lazy week. It's so important to accept that this will happen, and to put it behind you and move on. My training will help you to stay on track by gradually changing your daily habits and diet without putting you on an unachievable regime. I will prepare you for the journey to your dream body and give you tools to get back on track and keep sight of your goals.

Results! I love all aspect of my job but hearing clients tell me about their successes, whether it's a client reaching their target weight, completing their first 5km run, or making it all the way up the stairs without stopping, it is extremely rewarding to hear that I've helped make someone happy. One of the most amazing moments in my career was when a sports massage client called me to say she had slept through the night without waking up in pain for the first time in 5 years. This is why I do what I do.

I have worked in gyms and studios in the past and I decided to start my own business so that I could work with a larger variety of people. I want to improve people lives, and not just their one rep max! Working for myself gives me the freedom to take a more holistic approach to my work. I can suggest Pilates exercises if I think a sports massage client needs it, and clients are not confined to the fairly limited confines of a gym. This way I get to work with people in an environment that they feel comfortable in and adjust training sessions to suit them.

With training in Pilates, personal training and sports massage, I have the knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals. My knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation helps to keep PT clients injury free as they train, my Pilates experience aids sports massage clients recovery.

My role doesn't stop after each session, I will always be there to answer questions, to help you stay on track and keep you moving forward. I am passionate about the psychology of exercise and I will help you to change your exercise and dietary habits for good, and to become and stay injury and pain free.
