The Intermediate Training class with Agatha is a wonderful, positive, upbeat, and fun way to perfect old skills and learn new ones.
Agatha's techniques helped my giant, energetic, independently-minded puppy and me figure out how to work together to make obedience something we could both enjoy. This was the first class that made learning fun for him. My relationship with him is much better after one session than I ever imagined was possible. PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THE SERVICE!!! I was going out of the country for a week and reserved a cottage for my cat in a pets boarding. .. 3 days before my trip i took my baby to the vet and commented him about that. He told me my cat was very stressed and he recomended to find a pet sitter instead of leaving her at a pets hotel... i was going crazy! I found “park cities pet sitter” and gave them a call... i cancel the reservation at the hotel and decide to use their service... im glad i did!!! They were so professionals! My pet sitter was Jeremy M... he is the best!!! Such a sweet guy!!! He came to my house every day to feed my cat... but he run the extra mile! He sent me pictures and videos with my cat every single day! My cat loves him!!!! She is very special... she doesn't like everybody... i found her trying to cross a street, she was blind with a very bad infecton in her eyes... i rescued her and took care of her knowing she wouldn't probably make it... she was so weak and scared... but she got better... now she is so attached with me! She knows im her mom... anyway... it was amazing the connection she had with her sitter Jeremy M... he is the best!!! But im sure all the sitters at Park Cities Pet sitter are amazing people! I've had the chance to meet a couple of sitters from Park Cities and both were outstanding. Jan now watches my Penny when I'm away, and she does an amazing job. She even called before the first visit to make sure nothing had changed since she came by for a meet and greet. Talk about going above and beyond. Traveling is stressful. Absolutely wonderful! I was so scared to leave my 'kids' for so long, but Park Cities (I'm embarrassed that I can't recall the sitter's name) went above and beyond! I have used Park Cities Pet Sitters since moving to Dallas over a year ago.  They have always been able to meet my needs even on short notice.  All of the care givers they have sent have been great with my dogs.  I always feel comfortable that my "babies" will get the best care possible.  It is so nice to use a company that has back up sitters in case something happens to my regular sitter.  I do not have the flexibility to leave work if my sitter can't get there.  I would highly recommend them.  Also, they have a great new online scheduling program that you can prearrange your appointments on 24 hours a day. We have used Park Cities Pet Sitters, Inc. exclusively since 2002. Obviously, we are very pleased with the care our pets receive. Making an advance reservation is very easy. Also, it was a such a relief how sympathetic and accommodating they were with last-minute requests when elderly parents' medical emergencies required us to leave town immediately. I can not adequately express how much we value PCPSI & the care they give our cats. We have used Park Cities Pet Sitters service for two and a half years.  We love this company, and our Petsitter, Judy. We have several dogs, and one of them is terrified of people. At 75 pounds, he looks somewhat intimidating.  But from day one Judy worked on gaining his trust, which took a lot of patience (and treats!). The first few visits were challenging; our dog didn't want to come back inside, so Judy had to have another coworker come help her which took well over an hour. PCPSI didn't charge us for the extra time, which we appreciated.  But we also committed to getting some professional help for our dog. It has taken months for our dog to come around, but Judy didn't give up on us, and now we've worked out a routine that works. The petsitters at PCPSI send daily updates if you want them, otherwise they will keep a written journal for you to read when you return. It's very nice to have the peace of mind when you go on vacation knowing that your pets will be loved and cared for. I highly recommend this company! More...

Love this business!  We've been extremely happy with the 3 pet sitters we've used in the past 2 years.  It's cheaper than boarding our 3 older dogs (especially in a place we trust! ) and they are SO much more comfortable in their own home while we're away.  The sitters set up a meet and greet up front, call or email before the appointment to check in and send you frequent updates while you're away.  No stress leaving town anymore! I never worry when I leave town and I know my cat is in the car of PCPSI. I was recently new to Dallas and do a lot of traveling for work and was not sure which service to use. I never write reviews but thought I would because PCPS took such great care of my two cats and dog while I was away on business. The pet sitter was extremely knowledgeable about both cats and dogs and genuinely cares about animals. She took the time to get to know my babies, and our routing during the first visit.
