We went into Papillon and really like one of the fragrances but sadly they did not have it in stock but the service from there was fantastic. The moment it came in they organised one to be set aside and then arranged free delivery to my work in London and kept me informed as to when this would happen.Very impressed in the age of mediocre customer service that firms like Papillon buck that trend. Every Saturday's a treat if I can steal fifteen minutes to pop in this beautifully merchandised boutique, tucked down a cobbled street near Dukes Lane. What a treat for the senses. The owners are so relaxed, friendly and professional. They listened to exactly what I wanted, patiently let me smell almost every floral fragrance available and sold me the most divine and perfect Lubin. They're the only retailer outside of London to stock it. A very special place. More...
