Call Handling Solutions
For several years our company had been using a print supplier in Birmingham who delivered the printed materials to our office in Stafford. Because we had a long relationship with the Birmingham printing company, we had not benchmarked their prices against other suppliers as we did not think a change would make much difference.We joined BNI in October 2018 and met with Hannah Tunnicliffe from Panda Press, who was a long-standing member.Hannah reviewed our print requirements and asked if she could provide quotes on the items we were regularly ordering from our Birmingham supplier.The quote was far better than we expected and we placed an initial order for one of the items as soon as we had a requirement. The printing was on better quality card and in cardboard boxes. A great cost saving and improvement on quality.However, on talking to our admin team, the thicker card and cardboard wrapping was going to mean extra work packing and posting to contractors. Hannah stepped in again and was able to reduce the card thickness and go back to paper wrapping, once again improving the price for us.Excellent Panda Press service, with a great cost benefit to our company and a carbon reduction on delivery as well.So, if you have a print requirement, and are currently using another supplier, please speak to the Panda Press before you place another order, I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised. We have recently used Panda Press for the design and print of some brochures for our latest venture, and we couldn't be more happy with the finished result. From the initial enquiry, the entire team have been nothing but attentive and helpful. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the samples received were far superior to those of the more expensive competitor. The design that Mark created was far beyond anything we could have dreamed of, it was clear to see that he had taken time to research and understand the company and its image. As this is a new venture, we naturally had many changes we wanted to make to the content and wording, and each time the proofs were returned in a timely with no errors. Many thanks to Hannah and the team at Panda for my recent newly designed Business cards. I’d decided a re-design was due in advance of the launch of my new website, but hadn’t a clue what to do about the design itself. The studio came up with a nice simple, bold style which I liked so much, I decided to use it for the website too. My new cards have a really nice look and feel to them, and the rounded corners help set them apart from the pack. I just wanted to say a big thank you for your fulfilment of my recent orders.
I needed 1000 business cards and a box of bespoke Christmas Cards to send out to my customers and I could not be more delighted with the result.
Firstly, your online system made the ordering process really painless.
In the case of the business cards it was super easy to upload my pre-existing artwork. For the Christmas Cards, where I did not have artwork ready, it was the work of a few moments to personalise one of the great template designs you had available so that it reflected my brand colours.
The product arrived really quickly, and I am delighted with the end result.
The print quality is excellent, the card stock used is exactly as requested, and the finishing was done to a very high standard. Finally, the products were packaged up safely, securely and with great attention to detail, and even from the outside of the boxes I could see that what you had made for me had the ‘wow’ factor.
These are cards that I hand out to represent me and my business. With quality like this, I am proud to do so.
