Having followed Pami for the last 3 years, I had not been to her new workplace in Staines. I called on the off chance for any appointments on the day. One thing that I’ve always thought that was great customer service is that Pami is very quick to respond to enquires and very adaptable. She has a friendly and personable nature which makes you very relaxed. There is never any pressure to purchase other treatments or buy products which makes a nice change. Im reviewing the conduct rather than the service as I was unable to make my appointment at very short notice.I was quite happy (verging-on-forceful) for Pami to take the money for my wasted appointment as she could not possibly have filled it in the few hours notice that I gave her, but she would not accept on the grounds of ‘you didn’t have your appointment so your money is not our money’. She probably spent more time on refusing my payment and arranging my groupon refund than on the appointment itself yet ultimately received nothing for it.She appears very honest and ethical, beyond what you normally find these days. I wish I lived closer to the area so that I could ‘adopt’ pami into the ranks of my ‘trusted local servicemen/women’. More...

Went for a Brazilian hot wax and it was one of the best waxes I have ever had! Excellent customer service, Pami was very accommodating and easy to talk to. I had permanent eyeliner done by Pami today and it looks amazing! I wanted it to look natural and just subtly enhance my eyes so we chose a dark brown and Pami carefully applied to my lashline.
