What’s your signature dish?
Freshly prepared in front of your guests our Chicken and Chorizo Paella adds a bit of theatre to the proceedings as your guests see the dish created from scratch right in front of them. Once the smell of onions and garlic start and are then enriched with the authentic Spanish spices your guests can hardly wait. This dish is also gluten free.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
As we are proud of our service to you we consult directly to ascertain your exact needs. We usually do this by visiting you at your venue well in advance.
Everything we do can be tailored, From offering vegetarian options, buffet menus are very flexible. Basically we will always communicate and strive to accommodate all requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love the most is seeing you and your guests enjoying our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having grown up in the catering / hospitality sector and moving to this area about 4 years ago we spotted a niche for Paella catering.
This was after researching other offerings in the area. During this process we were staggered at the prices other companies were charging just for basics.
We don't add £1000 to your bill because you said Wedding.
