Antonio made a fantastic paella for 130 people at our daughters’ joint birthday party in Suffolk. He’s a real pro. Efficient, no fuss. Just fantastic, highly recommended. We had PBA for a post wedding Sunday lunch. We returned from clearing our wedding venue to find everything set up for our paella. Truly a family affair, we had the lovely Maria, Antonio’s mother to cook us her authentic paella, the best we and our guests had ever tasted. We hired Antonio to cook paella for 40 employees on our site. There is nothing that Antonio promised that he did not deliver. Having such a genuine personality combined with his great organisational skills, he made this lunch extraordinary. As a very international company, it was important for us to have gluten free, halal, vegan options, which he provided with ease. We asked Antonio to cater for around 110 people for a special party and he did us proud! He arrived in good time to set up and cook, and in spite of bad weather, produced his special paella at the right time and in the right place! The food was really delicious, and several guests were tempted to go back for more, even though the initial helpings were generous.After everyone had eaten, Antonio cleared away quietly and discreetly, having given all of our guests a meal to remember. We booked Antonio for our wedding this weekend just gone (8th June 2019). We had plenty of contact with him in the run up to the wedding and he was accommodating of all our special wishes and dietary needs. Antonio and his team trekked up to North Yorkshire for our farm wedding and it threw it down all day. their team kept smiling despite the weather and produced the most delicious Paella and tapas! We had the pleasure of Antonio preparing three spectacular paellas for our Dia Del Muerte party on Friday night. EVERYONE loved the feast and was in awe of the fact that it was all done in the garden of our home in a super elegant way. Totally delicious but also fun. Antonio was an absolute professional chef and extremely friendly and helpful - he couldn't have been more accommodating or cheerful while cooking away for 40 people. Everyone was super complementary about the food and I was thrilled with how Antonio got on with it without needing anything at all on the night and cleaned up and left the area absolutely pristine. Last weekend, Antonio catered for my Spanish style 40th birthday bash and my friends have literally not stopped raving about his paella since. Not only was the paella itself delicious (chicken and chorizo AND vegetarian) but the portions were enormous and quantities plentiful. From the moment I first made phone contact with Antonio, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he is not only courteous, professional and an amazing chef, but a really lovely lovely guy too. Could not recommend him any higher. We booked Antonio to cater our wedding back in June down in Hurley, Berkshire. Antonio did a great job in advising us ahead of the day on the best package for us and kept up communications in the lead up to the day. He served delicious tapas, paella and an evening buffet that was just yummy with substantial portion sizes! One thing I would say, it wasn't made clear when we booked or in the lead-up that Antonio wouldn't have any serving staff and only mentioned it the night or so before our wedding, leaving it too late to source wait staff. Our bar staff and guests did have to step in to clear plates, but at the end of the day, we both wanted a family style meal so didn't really mind. I was really impressed with Antonio and what he had to offer! I was organising a catered meal for my friend’s hen weekend and this was perfect! Antonio was relaxed but professional. He was happy to chat over the phone to discuss the details and to make a plan which made it really straightforward. He was really accommodating for those guests who had food allergies and ensured there were options for them too. We had Antonio at our wedding and it was the absolute perfect meal. We had over 120 guests and to have them be able to see the amazing dishes as they were served their incredibly yummy authentic Spanish food (his mum’s recipe) was such a great touch and everyone enjoyed the bread and salads on the side.
