My two dogs go to Paco two to three times a week for daycare, they absolutely adore Paco and are always so excited to see him. They also occasionally have holidays in their home so I have peace of mind whilst I'm away knowing they are being loved and cared for just as if they were Paco and Lisa's own dogs. We have used Paco and Lisa on numerous occasions to feed and water our cats twice a day whilst we are away. The cats much prefer to be in the familiar environment of their own home rather than being caged up in the foreign environment of a cattery. We are extremely lucky to have found Paco and Lisa and our cats feel that way also. They provide a caring reliable service of the highest quality. Paco & Lisa go above & beyond whilst they took care of our 2 dogs,We initially used Paco whilst on holiday in the summer just to walk reggie,he was taken for a walk daily for 2 weeks,on our return he was regularly found sitting by the gate waiting for Paco to come and collect him, He thoroughly enjoyed his walks & the new friends he'd made. We had no hesitation in using them to look after both of our dogs whilst we went away over Christmas,Both of them settled in immediately,they were welcomed in to their home,We had never left both our dogs before & were regularly updated by lisa showing how settled they were,which was great for our peace of mind & enabled us to enjoy our break,Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed themselves & I would not have any hesitation in recommending this service,They are already booked in for the summer,they enjoy the break also!!!!!Nothing is to much trouble for them & they always has the pets best interests at heart, More...

Being at the forefront of taking care of pets means we have the opportunity to give lots of love to treasured animals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Animal welfare is at the heart of what we do. It was the right time to combine a wealth of diverse life experience including that of caring and working with animals and people to provide personalised options which meet the needs of owners and most importantly, their pets.
Why should our clients choose you?
Providing Personalised Options means just that: we work around your needs and most importantly around those of your animals and as passionate guardians of animals, the welfare of all pets is embedded in our heart, soul and services.
We don't cut corners with pet care because pets are too important, their welfare is paramount. So this means we don't overload the diary and at times means we don't have capacity to take on any new animal clients as lovely as they are; it would not be fair on them.
However rest assured if we can assist and if you do choose us we will provide a genuine, kind, caring, flexible, dedicated, professional service for you and your important pets.
