I recently had a solar array installed from PGS electrical. Solar panels can be a considerable investment and I had contacted numerous companies to talk through options and received several quotes. After talking to Perry I knew PGS electrical were the best option. There are many possible variables underlying a solar panel install and Perry was more than happy to talk through a range of different options and create several quotations to fine tune what was the best setup. These quotations were far more competitive than all the others I had received and I knew I was receiving the best setup for our house as opposed to a 'cookiecutter' design. Some companies quoted me a 4-6 month waiting period for installation but Perry had the job organised the next week and took care of contacting scaffolders. The installation itself was conducted to a very high standard, and Chris took the time and effort to route the electrical wiring from the loft to the downstairs under the floorboards rather than relying on easier cable trunking on the outside of the house. The only sign of the installation are the panels themselves, no wiring is visible. Both the fitters were excellent and very efficient. Would 100% recommend these guys! We rang quite late in the day (around half 4/5pm) for a quote with a outside light installation & to install a new light fitting in the bedroom, was quoted over the phone and even said they can come and do it the same day. 2 Guys turned up and was extremely lovely to talk to and was generally all round nice guys. They didn’t rush the job and took their time in doing both jobs and made sure everything worked & that we was happy with both jobs. 10/10 on the job, 10/10 customer service would 100% definitely recommend if you need any of their service. Called PGS on Monday morning as we needed our new electric cooker connected. Perry was very helpful and suggested he could get one of his electricians out to us the same day. He called me back and gave me a quote and said they could attend at 4.30 that afternoon. Fantastic. Had the quote sent and confirmed by email. Lee arrived on time and did a great job. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I was new to the EV chargers, had a couple of quotes already then found PGS from Google search and chose to try because of reviews, they did not disappoint. Firstly Perry visited, arrived on time and prompt. Next the quote was literally half of the other quotes, and they didn't need to take up flooring like others said would need to happen. They booked the install quickly and arrived when said they would. Lee arrived to do the install, came across as professional and knew what he was talking about. He installed the EV charger without fuss, the job was really neat and tidy, and am very pleased to say the least.
