We use professional loudspeaker systems designed and built by TURBOSOUND UK. Available we have 2x 1100W M15 loudspeakers and 1x 2200W M18b subwoofer. Together they produce 4.4kW of high quality, reliable sound - capable of up to 1500 people.

Oxford sounds organised all the sound equipment and dj for our wedding and they were fantastic! What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Knowing your audience, and having a good mix of tunes. If you and your guests love house music or a drum and bass rave then that's what we will (happily) provide. However we find to keep everyone moving a good mix of classic tunes that everyone loves keeps the whole floor filled.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We pride ourselves on having over 7 years experience in the music industry. Charity concerts, gigs, club nights to full on festival raves we've done it all. Our style is relaxed, not your typical wedding cheese (although if requested we will of course oblige!) and based around a passion and love for music. All of our DJs have a wealth of experience and have supported some of the biggest acts in the industry including Chase and Status, Disclosure, Pendulum, Rudimental, Craig David, Annie Mac and Stormzy. Seamless mixing and quality tunes based around what you love.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting it right. There's nothing better when a whole rooms partying and enjoying themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started working in the music industry as promoters when we were younger for the same reason lots of people to do...free parties! Over the years we developed a love for quality sound. When it came to our own wedding we were shocked by the lack of choice and basic packages people offered, so we thought to our self "we could do it better". After our wedding the amount of feedback and requests we got from friends and family to do their parties was overwhelming, we figured their must be others who thought the same as us so we set up Oxford Sounds.
