Our third time getting our oven cleaned by this company and once again not disappointed! This time went for extractor clean and single oven clean and once again they were absolutely spotless! I mentioned a mark on our extractor hood which I had been unable to remove and had been there for some time, and to my delight it was removed and polished up without hesitation! Absolutely ecstatic! :) A very special mention needs to be given to Paul, who we found to be very thorough, chatty, and friendly and battled through what was a very hot day (and Apartment) to make sure that he did a great job! My very rare and somewhat of a beast microwave/combination oven had everyone scratching their heads but still Barry came along and gave it a go! Rofl. I have never met such a diligent and precise guy looking at my oven before and despite only finding a manual in German he persisted by taking many photos and cautiously removing screws until the route of the problem was found which turned out to be a fractured board inside. Within days he managed to get a new one and using his own photos and notes for reference managed to get the thing working again perfectly! I can only recommend this company extremely highly and will certainly be my go to place for servicing this item and i was so impressed with their expertise that i took out the five item annual clean and service option which was just too brilliant to miss. Stop hovering and scratching your head and get this team of experts in to sort out your applicants immediately. You wont regret it! More...

Had a lovely man Dan Richards come this morning to clean my very dirty oven, hob and extracter fan. What an amazing job they all look like brand new! !
