Avoid at all costs. Using Birdy Local/ and or 'Our Birdy Local', 'Birdy Group' or 'Call the Birdy' all of which are multiple business names they've had since I first had them undertake work on my property was one of the worst experiences with any contractor or business I've had in my life. Apart from the very first survey it was nightmare, in first instance they did not solve the rising damp in the property by simply injecting a DPC, they then had to hack off plaster in areas at an additional cost... which didn't work, they then gave it another go under warranty - each time me redecorating and replacing skirting boards at my own cost, these issues spanned over a couple of years with multiple failed visits and their inexperienced employees turning up late. The rising damp was never solved by Birdy and I eventually employed a PCA registered company, who resolved the issue. Please do you research unlike I did and employ a PCA registered company. More...
