This was our second year ordering the Thanksgiving feast. Everything was delicious, the turkey was amazing! Love the herb dressing and the gravy is so yummy we got two containers this year and ate every drop. My guys love the creamy mashed potatoes too. We can't say enough wonderful things about Tilli, David and their staff. They managed to pull off an incredibly beautiful wedding and reception, in less than ideal weather. Tillie and her team must have set and reset our reception tables at less three times due to the weather. Tillie always kept her cool and pulled off a great event. We are from Dallas, where we have world class restaurants everywhere and Chef David did not disappoint! Everyone raved about his wonderful meal and the our wedding cake. Chef David is phenomenal Chef! We planned a casual wedding reception and the food was some of the best I've had. Traveled for 20 years and still only recommend a few restaurants, but there are now 4 and if we are ever back will plan an event for him and Tillie to cater as it was perfect and we had the best meal to celebrate our special day!!!

Book them now. Don't look any further.Chef pan and his wife Tilly make an amazing team and stop at nothing to make your private chef experience most memorable. My wife & I had a group of 6 friends in for the weekend and thought this would be a unique idea to surprise them. I started with Tillie to get all the questions out of the way and to get everything booked and then I received a call from the Chef himself to plan it out. Chef Pan handled everything from top to bottom including the grocery shopping. We agreed on a surf & turf menu. From the appetizers to the dessert, they picked everything up and created very unique dishes that were absolutely delicious. Although there were other great dishes throughout the night, some highlights were oysters two-ways for an appetizer, both raw and then on the BBQ with an amazing fresh topping. Then fresh local caught Cobia over a homemade rice combo that was out of this world and the most tender, flavorful pork tenderloin i know I've ever had. Finally for a showstopper you have to go with his famous Flan. I can't stress enough that not only the was food amazing but the entertainment factor is what made it a one-of-a-kind experience. The way they interact through the whole process and their playful demeanor with the guests is what I know will stand Orange Beach concierge apart from anyone else you're even thinking of looking at.I can't thank Chef Pan and Tillie enough for making this a most memorable experience for everyone. Bruschetta made with a balsamic reduction, tomatoes, basil, and garlic atop crostini. Fresh, juicy tomatoes burst with sweetness along with pungent garlic. The sweetness and acidity of the balsamic add another layer of flavor and fresh basil turns it up with herbaceous flair. Rating: 4.5/5Brie and Marmalade Bites starts with a phyllo cup filled with orange marmalade, brie, and herbs. It is a light bite and would be great as a passed hors d’oeuvre for a wedding or corporate event. The creamy brie combined with the sweetness and citrus flavor of the marmalade pair perfectly together. Rating: 5/5Caesar Salad is made with fresh romaine lettuce tossed with house-made Caesar dressing with anchovy. I love Caesar salad but it is very hard to find a place that makes it correctly. If you do not like anchovies, do not order a Caesar salad. It is just not a Caesar salad without it. Chef David makes a great Caesar salad dressing, not too thin and not too thick. The perfect viscosity to cling to the lettuce. I love that Chef David makes a crostini seasoned with butter, salt, and pepper instead of chunky, clunky croutons. It’s easier to eat and elevates the salad as well. Chef David, you need to bottle and sell that dressing! Rating: 5/5Chicken Marsala is made with mushrooms, shallots, garlic, and parsley served over angel hair pasta. The chicken gently bathes in the sauce and really infuses the flavors into the chicken. It is tender and unlike any chicken marsala I’ve ever had. But that sauce is like liquid gold. It clings to the angel hair pasta like silk sheets. You can’t help but lick the plate afterwards. I could see this on a fine dining establishment’s menu. It is so refined and delicious! Rating: 5/5Chocolate Fondant (Americans refer to this as a chocolate lava cake or molten chocolate cake) is basically a bi-product of a flourless chocolate cake and a soufflé. Chef David served his with macerated strawberries and strawberry coulis. If you go to my Instagram, I have a video of the chocolate “lava” flowing from the cake. I have tried many of these in my lifetime, but I think this was the best. I don’t know if it was because I had right out of the oven but it was just amazing! The perfect ending to a perfect meal! We used Orange Beach Concierge for both grocery delivery and private dining during our visit to the beach. The groceries were waiting for us when we arrived! So nice to avoid a stop at the store before settling in to vacation. And, the dinner that Chef David prepared for us in our condo was excellent! Wonderful! Hard to describe how refreshing it is after a long day at the beach to have a delicious meal waiting for you in your condo prepared and delivered by David & Tillie. Once you've been spoiled by them, it's difficult to imagine vacations any other way.We booked them for their gourmet to go services for 3 nights on our vacation to Orange Beach area. They prepared the food in their commercial kitchen then delivered it hot to our condo ready to eat at the time we requested. They are very personable, use local ingredients, and can tailor menu for food allergies, etc. We fed 7 adults & 4 kids easily. Portions are generous. Cajun night with shrimp cocktail & gumbo. French night with beef bourguignon. Shrimp boil with red shrimp, potatoes, corn, mushrooms. Add sides, salads & desserts. All so good! Highly recommend! Worth every penny! More...
