It was even fun to work with Optimum Office Limited and finish the tax return. They always respond to phone calls and e-mails promptly, provide quality accountancy services at fair and reasonable fees. What can you expect more?

At Optimum Office we provide the full range of bookkeeping, payroll and accounting services to our small to medium sized clients. Our services are offered as individual components, meaning our clients can select precisely the services they need to help them better manage their businesses whilst fulfilling their annual reporting obligations.

At Optimum Office we believe a great accountant doesn't just fill in forms for clients to file annually. A great accountant makes light work of the obligatory reporting and also offers value-added services to enable clients to better manage their businesses.

The best part of being an accountant is understanding a client's business, and putting to good use the years of accumulated experience we have to help that client better manage their business and focus on delivering to their clients.

Working in industry for 15 years and having direct clients, I realised that I could put to use the wholistic business management skill-set I'd developed to not only run my own business, but to help others run theirs.

Our team can take on your daily bookkeeping tasks, keeping your records up to date and ready for management review.

The Bookkeeping service includes:

- income & expense capture
- accounts payable & receivable updates
- weekly bank reconciliation
- monthly management reporting

We can also supply online accounting systems to allow you to automate data capture and keep your bookkeeping costs down.    

Bookkeeping Mini - £20/month*
Includes up to 10 manually input transactions and 20 automated transactions per month. 

Bookkeeping More - £10/month*
A top-up to the Mini service, includes an additional 10 manually input transactions and 20 automated transactions per month.

Select our VAT Reporting service, and we'll take on your VAT registration and quarterly report filing for you.

All you need to do is either be a Bookkeeping customer, or, supply us with your own reconciled sale / purchase transaction records.

VAT Mini - £60/month*
Includes preparation & filing of your quarterly returns for up to 20 reportable transactions per month.** 

VAT More -£15/month*
A top-up to the Mini service, includes an additional 20 reportable transactions per month.**

Year end reporting requirements can be time consuming and complicated for a business.  We're here to help you meet your reporting obligations to Companies House and HMRC on time and as simply as possible.

All you need to do is either be a Bookkeeping customer, or, supply us with your own reconciled accounting records.

The Accounts & Tax service includes:

annual account preparation & filing with Companies House
corporation tax return preparation & filing with HMRC
Accounts & Tax for Contractors - £60/month*
Available to micro-entity qualifying limited companies with one director / shareholder / employee, a simple business model, using accounting software with appropriate reporting accessible by Optimum Office.** 

Simple Accounts & Tax - £75/month*
Available to micro-entity qualifying limited companies / partnerships with simple business models, using accounting software with appropriate reporting accessible by Optimum Office.** 

Complex Accounts & Tax - £95/month*
Available to micro-entity qualifying limited companies / partnerships with more complex business models, using accounting software with appropriate reporting accessible by Optimum Office.**

Let us take on your payroll calculation and reporting responsibilities.  We can offer either a standalone Payroll service, or process your Payroll as an add-on to our Bookkeeping service.  

All you need to do is supply us with timely information about your employees, and we'll supply you, HMRC and your employees with all the required monthly reporting.

Single Employee Monthly Payroll - £32/month*
Includes preparation and reporting of monthly payroll for one director / employee of a limited company. Does not include year end P11D production but does include monthly benefits in kind included in payroll.** 

Mini Monthly Payroll - £50/month*
Includes preparation and reporting of monthly payroll for up to 2 directors & 3 employees OR 1 director & 4 employees. Does not include year end P11D production but does include monthly benefits in kind included in payroll.** 

More Monthly Payroll - £15/month*
A top-up to the Mini service, includes preparation and reporting of monthly payroll for an additional 5 employees. Does not include year end P11D production but does include monthly benefits in kind included in payroll.**

We can help you ensure your income tax on rental income is reported and paid annually to the UK tax authority (HMRC) on time. Whether you’re living in the UK or abroad, we can help you through the annual tax return process applicable to all landlords of UK property.
