Rowena looked after our hamster while we went to France. She rang me up after I’d showed an interest and it was so nice to talk to her. I could tell even on the phone that she was experienced and nothing phased her. Daily cleaning of Jerry’s eye was not even a question. The house felt full of animals including two of her own dogs and a couple of others so quite a busy frenetic environment . I had complete faith in Rowena from the moment we met. She sent us e mails to tell us how Jerry was doin.
