How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is made up of all the various nutrients that are vital to pathways and processes involved in our functions. These include, energy production, stress adaptation, brain function and prevention of illnesses. It is possibly, the most cost-effective way to living a happy and healthy life.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients respond to nutritional therapy and providing advice that gives more options to diet, rather than limitations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Nutritional therapists tend to work in private clinic.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have obtained my nutritional knowledge through a variety of environments. I am registered with BANT and CNHC. I obtained a Masters Degree, I have also worked in pharmacy in the UK and Australia. I also appreciate the challenge that dietary change can bring and that we are not all the same, so therefore cannot be given all the same dietary advice.
