I had my fur baby groomed by Ooh La La for the first time today and will definitely be a returning customer! Sabrina did a great job with my girl. Right from the start she was very caring and took the time to meet her and ask what we were going to do.

Getting into the trailer my girl broke a couple of nails (long and desperately needing to be trimmed). Sabrina called me out to the trailer and explained the situation and told me the care she had provided. Even though it seemed like it would be painful, my girl was completely relaxed so we continued with the grooming. Alisha sent me some information on how to care for the nails so that they would heal without problem. They also provided me with some care supplies. I was very impressed with the way they handled my girl breaking her nail (NO fault at all on them).

Sabrina gave her a nice bath, cleaned up her coat, trimmed the rest of her nails and even added a cute bandana. Now she’s all prettied up and relaxing � More...
