We ordered an aluminum fence as well as a vinyl handrail. Both were very easy to pick out from the website and despite our hesitation of ordering without first testing the material, both were of very solid quality. There were a few mixups regarding some of the components we initially received but each time, Customer Service (shoutout to Chris) was very accommodating, patiently determined the source of the issue and resolved it in a timely and efficient manner. OFS is a great Fencing Supplier with quality products. I purchased a large amount of aluminum and vinyl fencing from this company recently and it worked out great. They completely answered all of my questions before I made the purchase. They hurried my order for me as I had scheduled the project and needed the materials quicker than they typically assemble and ship orders of this size. A few items were missing from my order and one gate had slight damage done to it by the shipping company. I made them aware of the damage and missing items and they shipped the items immediately! Lucy helped me out a great deal with my order. She always responded in a relatively quick fashion too. I did receive my order undamaged even though it didn't come wrapped per their website. I've installed a section of fence and it looks great. Shipping was a little bit of a mess and I got my fence 3 days later because they didn't have a semi truck available with a lift. I think that's more an issue with the shipping co. But my fence was safe and sound.
Now for the, to be improved. My order wasn't correct. Everything was accounted for except 2 4x4 post caps. They sent them out right away at no charge. They were the 2x2. So Lucy sent me out the right ones at no charge. A few of the posts were light on the powder coat that looked like a bare stripe on one side. This can be improved as I powder coat for a living. Another post had aluminum shavings under the powder coat finish. All they have to do to increase quality tremendously is blow out the shavings before powder coat and before shipping. The shavings did scratch some of the posts. Not really noticeable. I was compensated and with their great pricing I would still order from them again.

Bottom line is they have great prices, pretty good quality, could make some adjustments, great customer service, and they took care of me hassle free. More...

I actually haven't purchased yet, but I plan on doing so in the next week or two. I will say that Chris at Online Fence Supply is super helpful. I've never ordered fencing before (or installed one for that matter, should be a cool learning experience) but I felt confident about my choices after calling in. I was told they would double check that I ordered everything correctly and would send me a free sample. Looking forward to receiving the sample and deciding on a color. I purchased from Online Fence Supply in January 2018 for my Pool Fence. Their product is great! My wife absolutely loves the Fencing. We had a few damages to our product when it was shipped to us, we called Customer Service and they couldn't of made the process any easier for us. They had our damaged items shipped back out to us within a couple off days. Good products, friendly customer service but terrible shipping. Had two shipments of fence sections sent to my house and both were damaged. Took me over an hour to straighten one section and used it on the back corner of the lot. When I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t be responsible for the freight company.I’ll pick my orders in person from now on.Update-I changed my review of the company since they refunded my shipping but, in retrospect, they do have good products and the customer service folks do go above and beyond to make things right when they can.
