I don't like training people in gyms and specialise in outdoor training . my method of training is varied, fun and gets results.

Tim and Karlene offer a variety of training programs to suits all abilities. They are very competent and knowledgeable but most importantly, they deliver quality training in a friendly and very inclusive way. Whether you re a beginner wanting to kick start new health habits or a seasoned athlete training for specific sports, they will help you reaching your goals. Hi all just to let you know I've been training with on fire fitness started off at 15 stone 6 and now at14 stone 3. I try to do the three bootcamps a week which offer a wide variety of training. Tim is very good at his Job and offers you lots of advice it has also helped me meet some new and old friends which is really good and everyone encourages each other on. Now I'm lighter and a lot more<span id="moreReview581937" class="hide"> fitter it's made me get off my backside and go out running and also helped me change to a healthier lifestyle. Totally awesome! Tim has been working on me for about a year now. In that time I have not only lost weight, but also gained strength and massively improved my fitness levels. Since working with Tim I have competed a 13 mile Spartan Beast obstacle race, 2 half marathons and am about to take on the Spartan Sprint.Tim is respectful in his approach and whilst pushing you to your limit, never forces you beyond what you can handle. I have had numerous issues in this time (mainly arthritis) and Tim has been able adjust the training to accommodate this.To be trained by someone who is so passion about their work is both refreshing and motivating. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim's personal training and his Bootcamps to anyone interested in losing weight, getting fit or improving their health.Thank you Tim for everything you've done for me!
