I used One Stop Construction for a list minute job on a bathroom sub-floor and joist work. I called on a Friday and needed the work done ASAP for new renters scheduled to move in the next week. One Stop Construction (Jesus Velazquez) was able to get a guy on the job Saturday morning. We were able to quickly get the job done. I had some small details that needed to be worked out or corrected. Jesus immediately worked with me and accommodated my request. Bottom line, the job got done on time and met my needs. One Stop Construction remodeled my two bathrooms, their workers are all very professional and respectful. They finished the bathrooms in a timely manner as promised. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The decision is personal and financial to make a garage conversion. The questions you need to ask are if it makes sense individually, and then whether you can make it work financially. Any garage can be converted. Most garages have concrete slab floors that do not allow plumbing to be easily added, and retrofitting can be costly. If the property is too old already, it is most likely that the garage base and wall structure do not comply with current codes and need to be upgraded, raising cost and complexity. So, the question is: how much would you like to spend on converting a garage? OneStop Construction is very knowledgeable with this and can definitely help you out on determining the cost. Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
A reasonable review of the goals and needs for the project is the first step. Next, you need to decide what the redesign will be, and what it will cost you to do the layout you want, We will estimate the timeline of the project. That, from a high stage, is the process. There are several detailed phases in the actual job, but those are the most basic.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a stringent mask and personal hygene policy, our jobsites have hand sanitizing stations at the entrance to the building and when they are in or near clients, masks are worn by all our staff. We also track the health of our staff on a regular basis with health checks and carry out weekly instruction on the most current Covid-19 prevention steps.
