What makes a great website?
What makes a great website is ultimately just good design. Now, that encompasses a lot.. it includes the colors and typography of each page, how each page is optimized, the ease of navigation for the user, and the overall feel of the site from both a macro and micro scale. The goal is ultimately make the experience for the user as pleasurable and easy as possibly, as well as having it optimized to help you business gain new customers in the process.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
the first and most important question would be: What is the outcome you want from this project? and based on that answer, we would create our action plan.
Additional questions to ask are largely based on the type of project and business we are working with. The questions we would ask a coffee shop are very different than that of an eCommerce website, and the same goes for a client wanting a website or a digital marketing campaign. However, we do have a discovery process before beginning any project to make sure we know exactly what the client envisions and what we can do to bring that vision to reality.
