Super cool session with Courtney - shout out to him, great coach, really pushes you! Expect it to be a Crossfit style MetCon one (rowing, deadlifts, plate GTOH and other spicy stuff)- extremely hard, but it's all about what you give.

ONE LDN has revitalised my training. I absolutely love all the classes and have taken up boxing and weightlifting for the first time. The variety of classes help keep training fun and interesting and I've even started PTing with a couple of trainers there. There is also a really lovely atmosphere and friendly people so you even if you don't feel like training I still go to catch up with some mates! Love it! Great gym and equipment, wicked spin room, lovely staff and top class PTs - the members are pretty cool too , especially my early morning spinners (who are obviously super awesome). I have been teaching here from day 1 and it's a pleasure to do so, I wish it was nearer to where I live as I would train there non-stop too! Generally a great gym. Loads of equipment. Big cardio section, loads of resistance machines and the dumbbells go up very heavy. There are also two pairs of every dumbbell which is handy in case the one's you want to use are already taken. Lots of classes always happening. Boxercise, spin, plus many others. This gym is fairly expensive. About £70 a month but to be expected due to the location. What isn't expensive in the Fulham and Chelsea area? Staff are friendly and happy to help if needed. Two minor points that let this gym down: I find it very surprising that a gym this size doesn't have a few bottles of antibacterial spray for the customers to use. When you go to use the bench and there is a big puddle of sweat, i don't just want to spread it around with a towel. I want to actually clean the bench. Likewise, when I've finished with equipment and have left a bit of sweat, i would like to be able to disinfect it for the next person. The second thing is that a couple of times whilst using the gym, the music being played was hip hop repeatedly using the 'N' word. Now this doesn't especially offend me, but I'm pretty sure that it would offend a lot of other people, especially in an area of such diversity. I think it may have just been an oversight more than anything else. Overall a good gym that could be great with a couple of easy fixes. More...
