I contacted you a number of times to finished Project but you wasn't in as you work abroad every time I spoke to you you was abroad we arrange the time and meeting to come back and finish the project but you're always away two reason why I've asked for extra money at the end because because I took away some rubbish for you which actually cost me more than £40 to get rid of if that's the way you feel about my company I am very sorry you feel this way but I tried my best

I don't know where these reviews are from - his friends or relatives, perhaps? My experience has been terrible. He arrived a day late and after cleaning out the garden, asked for an extra £40 to remove some waste that he "hadn't seen when he quoted", The standard wooden fence that he put up fell down after some 3 months and now he is unavailable, having been in Ireland for the last three weeks. It means that I have been forced to hire someone else to fix his badly-erected fence. He was not the lowest quote: I employed him largely on the basis of the positive reviews. I am now considerably more sceptical of such reviews and would advise everyone else to take this caveat on board.
