Such a lovely man he catered to everyone at a meet held for a Friend who sadly passed away, with such short notice he made it and feed lots of cold hungry bellies including catering for a large Muslim community and kindly off his own back removing the pork products to ensure it didn't upset anyone �

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have the ability to listen and understand what a customer wants to make their event or party perfect. We are serious foodies and when we eat out we demand perfection so we always imagine delivering our service as though we were the customer - How is that dish presented, how does that dish taste and of course has it delivered value for money and the customers expectations.
What do you love most about your job?
We love our customers and making their party or event an experience they'll always remember with a full tummy and a smile!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are a serious food family. Food for us is family, our most joyous occasions are when we as a family all sit around the table and eat and talk - food is something to love and to share and this inspiration gave us our start in business life.
Why should our clients choose you?
A customer once talked to me after I catered an event. After listening to what I was saying he told me "You really love what you do don't you?" To which I replied with a smile - "of course" - he looked me in the eye and said "if you love what you do your customers will love what you do for them more than you'll ever know!"
That comment has stuck my mind since that day and every single event or party we cater for has that though process as a main theme.
From the menu selection, the preparation, the cooking, the serving - we want your catering experience to be stress free, fun and delicious that's why you're choosing us to cater for you.
