Had James out to look at leak in the roof. He came out when he said with his brother. We have used this professional and tidy building company three times in the last six months and hope to do so again. The work undertaken in Pitlochry includes fitting a new velux window above a stairwell, a new, very large, picture window and replacement roof, additional insulation and an external retaining wall with drainage and patio area. The work was completed in the timescales given at the estimate stage, materials were sourced and delivered to our slightly ackward site in good time. Personnel were friendly and appeared efficient. We made a call to Omeworks to have work done on our roof. The call was answered within a few seconds. The business owners Eddie and James called past later the same day to view the job. We got an estimate there and then and agreed to go ahead with the work. The work was commenced as arranged with no delay. The team were hard working and we were kept up to date daily regarding progress and material type and availability. The job was well managed by the brothers from start to finish and there communication was first class which in our experience is a rarity with small local firms. Eddie,James and their team did a terrific job for us earlier this year during the snow season. They designed and built a ramp to enable me access in my wheelchair . They also repaired our roof very efficiently, replacing all of the metalwork in the valleys and ridges. he came to see the chimney leak, but after assessing he told us it is not a chimney problem,but a plumbing problem, previously many roofers have been charging us for same Chimney and same leak, but he was honest and did not tell wrong stories and did not charge us anything. Last week I called Omeworks out as I found a small leak in my spare bedroom when I called Eddie answered and within the hour he was out. Once I showed him the leak within 15 minutes he found where it was coming from he then discussed the problem with myself and he give me a quote to fix which I was really happy with. It was getting late on in the day but he made a call and had his team pop round and worked late to make sure there would be no more damage to the inside of the house and stopped the leak.I would highly recommend using Omeworks fantastic service I will be using them for all my work in the future.Mrs N Reid More...

This is to testify that the work carried out by Eddy McCole and his brother James was excellent. They renewed my mother's roof. They were punctual, polite and very re-assuring with my 90 year old mother. Their price was very reasonable (much less than two other estimates). Everything from choice of tiles, fascias, gutters and the standard of work was very satisfactory. They worked neatly and tidied up afterwards. I recently had an occasion to call on Omeworks to replace a velux window and to carry out extensive repairs to the roof of my extension and to the roof of the main house itself. James and Eddie from Omeworks did a fantastic job with our house. They are two honest, hardworking brothers who complete work to a very high standard. They are very reliable and trustworthy. We have an old Victorian property and they made an excellent job of repairing our roof and guttering. They also do internal work and replaced all our windows. O.W Doors, Windows and Roofline have just completed work for me on my garage and flooring. They arrived early, worked without stopping, did a fabulous job, then tidied everything up before leaving. They removed all rubbish, swept up and left the premises as you would hope to find it. I found them to be professional, courteous, friendly and thoughtful.
