What’s your signature dish?
I dont really have a signature dish!!
I just cook whatever the customer wants for that particular event.
If I did have a signature dish it would have to be Hog Roast !!! I cook my meat slowly roasted on a spit on my own hog roast machine . It also produces fantastic crispy crackling!!!!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I listen to what they want I can also help them with any alternative ideas.

Meeting new people
People eating my food and getting amazing feedback.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration was when I started to work on shows/events for a outside caterer.
I would be put on charge of a unit and run this as it was my own Buisness.
So I thought to myself why not try it !!
So here I am today!!!
