Having first met Oliver when I photographed his wedding back in 2011, we have bumped into each other on a professional basis (and socially! ) on multiple occasions since. His wedding cakes are stunning, highly quality creations that taste as good as they look (I've had the privileged of trying some at a recent wedding - the chocolate orange flavoured cake was my favourite!) and whenever he has a stall at local markets, I always pick up a few slices of cake or buns to treat friends (and myself!) with!A top guy, very professional and an artist in his field.
