At Patterns Fitness we focus on burning fat, building muscle and getting stronger by using the seven basic human movement patterns of squat, lunge, hinge, vertical push/pull & horizontal push/pull.
I use unique variations of classical exercises that best fit you and your goals. I focus on getting you strong, whilst burning body fat and creating you an athletic and functional body that improves your health and well-being.
Most of all we will do this by having fun and creating a motivational mindset so that you approach your workouts wanting to destroy your goals.
