Been coming here for over ten years since my first dog, then him and his girl and now they have past with their son beau. Never had any complaints in fact I warned them about beau being a bit fiesty , to be greeted on collecting him that he’s been fine and no trouble at all in fact a bit affectionate to say a massive relief . For those looking to go there remember it’s Kennels not a 5* hotel , they are kind, friendly and very helpful and do individually run all dogs oh with all those dogs barking the only protection they use or one lady is ear defenders (not headphones).... don’t blame her as the excitement every time a car or you go in the kennels is quite a sound More...

We had to book our dog in for one night due to being let down by family to sit her for two days when we travelled up from Cornwall to Harlow to see our first grandchild. Annie is an old lady who is now timid and nervous, not ideal for kennels. They gave her an extra soft bed as she was struggling to get up on the raised bed. The kennels are basic, in a lovely setting. They did all they could to make her happy, but she was having none of it. I would use them again without any problems. More...

We have used these kennels a few times now , in fact I now won’t board my German shepherd any where else. He has some issues and Emma is great with him . Pepper and brandy have just come back from a weeks stay and once again every thing was fine . Both dogs seems to enjoy there stay again . The staff are great , they will always keep in contact with you while your away to let you know how your pet it . I wouldn’t use any other kennel now . ( may 2018 ) More...

I went to visit the kennels, I have 4 dogs and I hate leaving them. It’s basic but clean and set in lovely surroundings.
I booked and let them stay for one night to see how I they found it.
I was very happy when I collected them today. They were their normal selves, the lady there called Theresa provided a very personal one to one service with all of the 4 dogs.
They were clean the kennel was spotless, they are booked in for August.

I have left my cats here a couple of times now, and will be making more bookings in the future. The location is nice & the staff are friendly and helpful.
The cattery has all the essentials including beds, bowls etc and a cat flap to the outdoors (my cats are indoor cats so they get spoilt when they stay here and have their own patio!) �
Highly recommend � xx
