This place is amazing as soon as we got out in the car park we felt at ease the surroundings and buildings are beautiful, rustic and tranquil we know we had found the right place . then we met chris he made us feel totally comfortable and not rushed in to anything left us to have time to say our goodbyes to our little baby and offered us any support we needed. and all our wishes would be met .chris is a good fella he listened and wanted to know more about our dog to get an understanding of what she was like and basically had all the time in the world to listen which was a lovely feeling knowing this that he cared . I new about this service as I went with a friend who lost her cat, but I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be so lovely, the people there were loving,kind, understanding and made her lose a lot easier, I would recommend them to anyone who looses a furry member of there family xxxx

Where do I start!! Chris is an amazing person, very professional, caring, understanding, the list goes on, When I lost my boy I didn’t know about Chris’s service, my boy was pts at the vets and leaving him there on the floor broke my heart, the vets told me where Alfie was going. I got in touch with Chris and after a few (a lot) of text message and phone called, he asked if I wanted to see Alfie, (something I didn’t know that could be possible). I didn’t know what to expect but omg am so glad I did, my boy was in a lovely surrounding room in a comfy bed, and all cosy The last memory seeing Alfie there was so comforting, the pain in my heart, and the knot in my stomach seam to ease, I can’t thank old flatt farm enough, not knowing I had a choice for Alfie other than the vets. Just want to say a huge thank you to Chris who were absolutely fantastic helping me put my much loved family dog Harvey to rest. Thank you Chris for helping us with the cremation of our beautiful Guinea pig Bella. I got in touch and that same day I took my baby to Chris, he talked to my 2 children and ensured them she will be cared for. We really wanted her back home with us, and Chris made that happen by the next day. The chapel of rest was so emotional but it was lovely. We all got to say our final goodbye to her. I would highly recommend this pet crematorium, the service was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much like hard work. Me and my partner went in with our beloved Jack Russell, Scamp after having just over 30 minutes in here we knew this was the place that Scamp would have loved . Everything done was done to an incredible high standard with genuine compassion and dignity all though out. We sadly lost our little Netherland dwarf Layla on Monday afternoon and she is back home where she belongs on Tuesday evening, thanks to Chris. If only Old Flatts Farm Pet Crematorium had always been about!! We have lost beloved pets over the years the grief and sadness is always almost too much to deal with but thankfully we found Chris, from the second we arrived with our furbaby and he welcomed us in and said "this must be Layla" - he had remembered her name from our phone call he made us feel instantly at ease and welcome. There's an incredible peacefulness as soon as you walk up the drive and see all of farm animals grazing in the fields and Chris's own cats and dogs playing nicely together in the garden. The chapel of rest is a perfect tranquil little room with a candle lit and a warm welcoming basket and blanket for your furbaby to take their final sleep on. The kindness and empathy Chris treats you with is most appreciated at such a difficult time and he really does give your furbaby the dignity and respect they deserve, he cares and it's obvious. The service we received was even better than I have experienced when organising a human send off. We would like to thank Chris for helping us at such a difficult time you made the pain that bit easier to manage and for what you have done and the way you handled everything we will be forever grateful. I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life 9 days ago, I said goodbye to my best friend, I was/still am heartbroken. Got in touch with Chris on the day to discuss things and he was so helpful and sympathetic. (Max had had an illness, he was only aged 2). My beloved pooch got taken there that evening. I arranged to go and say goodbye the following day. Chris had got the chapel of rest ready for us. Max looked so peaceful, just like he was asleep. Chris was just outside if we needed anything but did not interrupt us. After a while we went into his office to discuss things further and decide what we wanted for Max. He didn’t rush us at all throughout any of it. We collected Max on Monday and everything we had asked for, it was done even better than we could imagine. It was lovely to see where Max was, to know that he was been treated with the respect he deserved. To know that Chris did everything for us and Max to make it as easy and as nice as possible. Even when we got Max home, it doesn’t end there. I know if I ever wanted to talk about what I’m going through, talk about my memories about Max, or just wanted a chat. He will be there. It’s a difficult time for anyone losing their beloved pet. I recently lost my beautiful dog Milly. It was heartbreaking. She was my best friend & walking buddy. The service received from Chris at Old Flatts Farm Pet Crematorium is outstanding. I immediately felt at peace knowing I was leaving her in a safe place where they cared about her as much as I did. This helped so much at a difficult time. It’s something we don’t want to have to think about until it is really necessary but I would definitely recommend you take a visit & I’m sure it will put your mind at rest for when the time comes that you have to do that one last thing for your beloved four legged family member. Before losing our beloved Oscar, I hadn't really thought about what happens to dogs when they leave us. The vets sent Oscar to Old Flatts Farm and we didn't really think much about it. having had problems with the casket I found myself needing to visit Chris for a repair. Only two weeks after losing my boy I walked into the the farm and instantly felt calm. Speaking to Chris about Oscar and seeing how much care he gives each and every animal which goes through his doors really made me smile. We had our beloved Abigail( abbie) put to sleep last week and she was cremated here. Myself & Alison would like to say a huge thank you to Chris Beckett for his outstanding service. We lost our beloved Tess on the 26th November & Chris arranged everything for us so we could say our final goodbyes at home. Chris prides himself in his work & is very professional.
