A really friendly and welcoming place. On a recommendation I booked an appointment with Josh as my daughter had a dance related injury. Josh made her feel very at ease and took lots of time to talk to her and discuss the issue. His expertise and knowledge was second to none and he gave excellent advise and guidance. It can be hard to know who to see when you have a child with an injury, but i can't recommend Josh enough if you want results in a relaxed and professional environment. More...

I cannot recommend Josh enough, 6 months ago I had a golf injury which caused problems in my left shoulder, wrist and the small of my back. I’ve just got home after my first session with Josh and, after days of pain and little sleep, the improvement is remarkable. I had thought my problem was muscular but Josh quickly identified that the root cause was actually spinal. I had a similar problem about 6 years ago and ended up seeing a physio which needed more than one session and quite a lot of money. In the end time healed but the problem remained. I’m just so pleased my mum told me to see an osteopath this time! Josh immediately put me at ease, he explained what was causing my pain, how the muscles were involved and the treatment he would carry out. He also gave me advice to prevent reoccurrence. I highly recommend this lovely, welcoming clinic and Josh who is professional, knowledgeable and fantastic. Finally, I can get some sleep! More...

Have been seeing Russ for sports massage a number of times, and while it's hardly a 'relaxing' massage I can feel the good it's done in the days after.
Really helps if you're training and pushing yourself, so need to work out any tension in certain muscles.

I first came across Alison some years ago purely by chance. After suffering terrible neck and shoulder pains for many years and spending an absolute fortune with another so called expert, charging by the hour for 15 minutes treatment, finding her was an absolute God send!
Alison is not only really friendly but empathetic, cheerful, genuinely interested in you as a whole & is an absolute expert in her field. If ever I need an appointment, I am usually seen within a few days, even in her lunch hour if she is fully booked & hears my desperation! The treatment she gives is incredible and leaves you feeling so much better as you leave her new clinic.
After treating her clients at a few different locations over several years, this new clinic of her very own is an accolade to her dedication, hard work & fantastic knowledge of treating others aches and pains- Alison is the only person I would fully put my trust in to treat me. One session with her always leaves me feeling relieved, pain free and as if I have been fully understood and helped! Incredible service & with such genuine care!

I have been seeing Alison for regular treatment, for around 3 years now. The demands that are put on my body from being a GB Athlete are very strenuous.
In the past I have received injury rehabilitation treatment and I continue to see Alison monthly for to help prevent any future injuries from my sport.
Alison has never failed to treat any issues I've had effectively. She is so methodical and precise in her work, finding the true route of the problem and treating it using a number of different methods. She has gone out of her way to understand my sport and teach me to maintain my body through various stretches and exercises. An added extra - Alison is also kind, friendly and always lovely to chat to!
I would highly recommend Alison and her team at Offington Osteopath!

I wanted to leave a review on this page. I have been seeing Alison Fricker after I herniated 2 discs in my lower back. I have seen other osteopaths & chiropractors however I can not recommend Alison enough - She has always been genuine and caring as well as extremely professional, taking pride in what she does & really being the only one to infact help my injury.
