121 Personal Training

Through 1-2-1 sessions you can speed up weight loss, muscle gain or just general fitness levels. Not only are you going to reach those goals quicker, you will have fun doing it! I train outside in parks, the beach or even your own back garden! Wherever suits you best and is easy for you! Ocean Core Fitness has trained clients for health conditions, ‘Tough Mudder’, Powerlifting and general keep fit! With PT it is not just about the training either. I will help you with diet and nutrition along with lifestyle changes. With this combined package and skinfold caliper testing for body fat analysis, you will be surprised just how quickly we can get you on track and in sight of your targets!

Group Training/ Boot Camp

Group Training, other wise known as Boot camp is a great way to get fit and have fun at the same time! You can either do it with friends/ family or come along and make new friends! We can also make it a fun experience by playing games and designing circuits, so get in touch to see what deals are available!

Surf Training

As incredible as our country is, it is lacking consistent swells year round! This can mean that we may spend anything from a few days to an entire summer without surfing. Over this time our surf fitness diminishes quite severely. Well this is where I can help! I have been a keen surfer for 10 years. I am hooked to the sport and will surf as often as possible. Through this and my Personal Training I have come up with exercise programs to help keep surfers on form between sessions. Whatever the reason, maybe you want to improve your technique? Strengthen your core muscles for balance and strength through the turns? or have the endurance to make it out back on those bigger and messier days.
