Once we had decided on a particular property, they never rested until we had completed on our new offices. They stayed with the deal right through the legal process and were effective advisers to the end. I had started to look for a commercial property when a close friend introduced me to Occupa. She had a great outcome so I decided to try them and it turned out to be a great decision.
The property I kept was within the first bunch I viewed and for sure, it ticked all the boxes.
The advise and help with negotiations was great, as well as any other queries throughout the process until the lease was signed. All communication was almost immediate and that really helped when time sensitive matters were at stake.
