What a refreshing change to be greeted by a lovely lady with a beautiful smile and personality to go with it.Im sorry i did not ask her name,i had been recommended to go to occasions as i required a floral tribute for a relative. This lady took time and trouble to help and advise me and created just what was needed.Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail and presentation was second to none.I cannot praise enough the customer service and excellent prices .Thank you ...i wish i lived in Sherbourne as i would always use this florist. I have used Occasions from the U.S to send bouquets to friends and family in Sherborne for a few years now. The flowers always arrive fresh, abundant and beautiful. They accommodate all sorts of delivery instructions (for people unable to come to the door etc) and no delivery has ever gone wrong. The flowers always last a very long time and smell wonderful.
