I founded Nutrition Goals to offer nutrition advice. I am a fully qualified nutrition advisor and am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. I will fully analyse your diet, with specialist software, to ensure a balanced macro and micronutrient intake. Based on your unique requirements, I will make recommendations to improve your diet. I can help specifically with weight loss programmes, pre and postnatal nutrition, nutrition for exercise and sports performance and will coach you in behaviour change.
I’m energetic and compassionate and determined to help you find the best and ideal solution. I don’t offer a one size fits all approach and every aspect of my service will be tailored to match your needs. I’m always available to answer questions outside our designated meeting time. My rates are competitive and I offer a 20-minute free initial consultation to work out the best plan for you.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Nutrition is at the heart of your health. What we eat and drink is fundamental to our well being. With some helpful guidelines and tips, you can drastically improve your physical and mental health.
What do you love most about your job?
Every client is unique and poses a very special set of circumstances and challenges. I love being able to look at a situation, assess it and then design specific plans and solutions to each client's needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a mum of two highly energetic boys but needed a project and business for myself. I love nutrition and food is at the heart of our family. It brings us together and is a time for sharing. I have seen first hand what stress and anxiety can do to someones wellbeing and yet with the right nutrition and guidance, many of these symptoms can be overcome. Eating well when training for sporting events is also something that I wanted to know more about and by studying this I am also now in a position to work with others in this field.
