How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Non-negotiable - a healthy diet is VITAL to someone’s health and wellbeing... but that does not mean the same diet is suitable for everyone. That’s why an in-depth analysis of each person’s current and past health status is undertaken before any recommendations are made.
What do you love most about your job?
The tremendous buzz I get when people experience and realise how they can become slim, have loads more energy, be free of pain, and so forth, simply by changing what they eat. They are SO appreciative and grateful - and often remind me years later. Perhaps the greatest kudos have come from formerly infertile couples who had a successful pregnancy and produced a healthy child - after changing their diet and lifestyle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It’s the most efficient and successful means of delivering what I do - I need to be in control of every aspect of my consultancy, including choosing whom I work with, how, where and when I work.

Because I’m the best at what I do. I’ve been in practice 16 years, have a wide range of experience in helping people turn their lives around, resolving many different chronic health conditions which have defied conventional medical treatment... also, I’m the only one in Oxfordshire with a master’s degree in obesity & weight management.
