How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
I personally don't like the term 'healthy diets or foods' only because sometimes it can lead to people believing we should only eat certain good foods which actually isn't the case. I believe a healthy lifestyle means having the education and practical advice to live well, not obsess on diets but maintain balance. When in balance we are a healthy weight, with lots of energy and better immunity.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people one on one, each client is individual and its great to work with the client to help them achieve their health goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy helping people live healthier lives, as I have experienced myself how a change in lifestyle can affect our mood, energy levels and sleep habits.
