My name is Neil Liddiard and I am a personal trainer with a private gym in Guildford. I also travel to local areas training clients in their own homes. I have over 20 years experience of being a professional sportsman and decided to put my knowledge of fitness into building my own business NShape Fitness.
I charge £25 per hour and also offer many packages at good rates.
I am fully qualified, insured and a member of the register of exercise professionals.
Twice per week I also run circuit training classes at my gym. These sessions are only £4 per hour and are a great way to lose weight, tone up, improve fitness and meet like minded people.
