Nathan provided us with a full day package for our wedding at Pentre Mawr Country House. Although we haven't seen the end result of our photographs just yet, I just know they will be incredible. Nathan is a professional, polite chap who put me at ease straight away. He didn't dictate how the day should run and he seemed aware to not be too intrusive on the day. He has a lovely manner about him and it is obvious he is very talented at what he does. We had an initial consultation with him beforehand to discuss ideas of what we wanted included in the photographs. Nathan did our wedding last October it was a relaxed atmosphere all day. He involved the children by letting them take pictures which they enjoyed.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Passion and a willingness to improve is key. I am always looking to better myself. Like any other skill, it's imperative to practice. Always have a camera nearby to capture that moment of spontaneity.
Also, with regards to running a Photography business, being organised and customer friendly is so important. I have a Managerial background as a customer services sales manager so appreciate how important the customer journey is. I do everything I can to ensure that the journey is perfect from day one. Aside from the ability to capture great moments, I also think in this day and age that editing is extremely important.
What do you love most about your job?
Happy clients. The customer journey is just as important from the second that I meet or communicate with a client, through to the final meeting once the customer has received their images and/or Wedding Albums. Everything in between should flow because this is all part of the big celebration - which I simply love to capture and be a part of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love of Photography and the opportunity to leave the 'rat race' and focus on my passion was the inspiration. We all aspire to work our dream job that makes us happy - Photography is definitely for me.

I love my job. With a background in customer service combined with my friendly and honest personality, I am extremely professional and organised to ensure that you can relax knowing that I will get the job done. Just as important, I will make the whole experience fun.
With a willingness to improve and continually learn, I am progressing my portfolio every time - in keeping with the demands and constant changes within photography.
