I could not recommend this firm more, in particular Terrie. Terrie was absolutely amazing throughout my very long process. Terrie was unbelievably professional & efficient the whole way through, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I never had to chase her and she always responded within hours, sometimes even minutes. Had a very good experience with Now Legal, Yvonne and Lesley did a great job managing our flat sale and house purchase. The conveyancy rates were competitive and Yvonne and her team were warm and friendly and were always very quick to respond to any questions which we raised throughout the process, explaining things in simple terms and we were never left 'hanging' waiting for a response (something which ive experienced in the past with some solicitors). I have used Now Legal services for years for a total of 3 purchases and 2 sales overall over about 10 years and they are excellent. Most recently was a difficult sale of two properties one tenanted by Court Order. I worked with Yvonne at the team and she was extremely professional throughout. Then after the sales, I worked with Yvonne for a house purchase.All of the staff are extremely professional, VERY helpful. However Yvonne was BRILLIANT.. Her communication from start to finish was superb. You will honestly never find a better solicitors whether you are a seasoned portfolio owner, a first time buyer or anywhere in between. The properties were bought and sold through 2 different estate agents in Bitterne and both could not speak more highly of Yvonne and how good she was, especially communications and proactive work ethic...
